Football And "Glee" An Interesting Mix

After next months Super Bowl XLV on FOX is followed by a special episode of "Glee" which seems a strange mix with football. The networks used to premiere a promising new show after the Super Bowl telecast in hopes that some of the biggest television audience of the year would leave the television on the same station and watch the show. In recent years the networks that has the Super Bowl has instead opted to show a episode of a current show in hopes of expanding audience for that show.
